Our Nargear® warranty states that we will fix manufacture defects at our expense. We consider each warranty case by case. Damage due to normal wear and tear is not covered under warranty.
For all warranty evaluations and repairs, please contact Nargear ahead of time to receive a RA# (Return Authorization Number). Include your personalized RA# along with a copy of the original receipt and send pack(s) to address provided once you have established communications with Nargear.
YOU MUST PROFESSIONALLY CLEAN PRODUCTS PRIOR TO SHIPPING TO US. Make sure it is completely free of dirt, debris, and personal goods or products will be shipped back at owners expense for you to clean. Unclean packs are difficult to work on and is very harmful to our sewing machinery.
All shipping to Warranty must be pre-paid and insured. Nargear® is not liable for lost in-bound packages.
If product is not covered under Nargear® warranty, a repair could be assessed for a reasonable charge. We evaluate each case individually.
We understand that the fire arena is strenuous on wildland firefighter gear, including zippers. Caring for your zipper minimizes dirt and debris from entering the zipper system and causing problems to the teeth. After a few simple cleaning steps, most zippers are in good working order. Before sending in your pack for zipper repair, please visit our link to Zipper Care Instructions to avoid repair costs.
